NEW YORK CITY LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery for orders over $500, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens, and Nassau County. We make deliveries every Monday to Friday except for the federal holidays. 

PICK-UP

We are open 9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday except for the federal holidays for pick-ups. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. You can always check with our sales rep or office staff for the status of your order. 

FREIGHT SHIPPING

HONYA uses common carriers for shipping convenience, large items or orders that can not be shipped via a small parcel shipping service. 

Quotation
The shipping quote will be given and confirmed by the customer before we proceed with the freight shipping. The prepaid freight and quoted shipping charges are for shipments to dock designated to receive commercial locations only. Shipments that require a residential delivery, limited-access location delivery, delivery appointment/24-hour notification, lift-gate, and/or inside delivery will incur additional charges unless indicated on the shipping quote. And freight allowed policy are as follows: 
  • New York Tri-State Area (NY Upper State/NJ/CT): Prepaid freight for orders over $2500 
  • Northeast Region (PA/DE/MA/RI/NH/VT/ME): Prepaid freight for orders over $3000
  • Southeast Region (MD/WV/VA/KY/NC/SC/TN/GA/AL/MS/AR/LA/FL): Prepaid freight for orders over $5000
  • Other Area: Please call us for a shipping quote
Oversize Shipping
Any non-standard pallet (48"x40") shipping will be considered an oversized shipment and need to be ordered separately to meet the freight policy. 
Freight Shortage/Damage
Any damage or shortages must be notated immediately on the freight bill or bill of lading with the carrier company. It must be signed by the delivering driver the notations. You need to then file a claim with that carrier for shortage(s) and/or damage of material delivered. Any shortage/damage must be reported to HONYA Lighting on the same day of the delivery. Any concealed shortage/damage must be reported to HONYA Lighting within 3 days of delivery. 
HONYA passes the responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pickup at our warehouse. Losses/damage of items during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. We will file a claim with the carrier and any credit or replacement will be at the carrier cost once the claim is processed and completed. 
SMALL PARCEL SHIPPING (UPS/FedEx/USPS) 
HONYA partners with only the most trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. We ship most stock orders via UPS on the same day they are received. Due to the varying item and shipping availability, you might receive the products in multiple boxes on different days. 
 
Small Parcel Shipping Damage
Any damage by UPS should be accepted by you and reported to HONYA Lighting the same day the packages are received. Any concealed damage and/or shortage must be reported to HONYA Lighting within 3 days of delivery. If a shipping​ label is provided by the customer or shipping cost is billed to the customer's account, the damage claim should be filed by the customer directly. 
Open Box Shipping
Please note we are unable to ship quantities less than the manufacturer's pre-packs due to continuous damages to the fixtures. We highly recommend against partial pre-packs and take no responsibility for any damages of less than the pre-packed box caused by the carrier. 
Oversize Shipping
8FT fixtures will be considered as oversized shipping and there will be a very expensive oversize surcharge for any 8ft fixtures. We highly recommend shipping all the 8FT fixtures using LTL shipment.
