LIMITED WARRANTY

HONYA Lighting provides a 5-year limited warranty on all light-emitting diode (“LED”) products based on the date of purchase. All other products manufactured or supplied by HONYA Lighting are provided a one year warranty based on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. At its option, HONYA Lighting will repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective as to workmanship or materials.​

 

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear, and tear, or accident. The products should be used under normal condition accordance with the current edition of the National Electric Code, the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc., the Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the instructions recommended in the manual provided by HONYA Lighting.

 

This warranty extends only to the original customer purchaser.

 

Repair or replacement, as stated above, shall constitute the purchaser’s exclusive warranty, which does not extend to labor cost or any other incidental or consequential charges related with product removal or installation, including, without limitation, shipping costs incurred to return defective or nonconforming products or any damages that may occur during the return of products.
